Monday, December 21st marks the Winter Solstice, the longest night and the shortest day for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere. For many people, 2020 has felt like the longest year and Christmas feels anything but ‘jolly.’ Christmas time can be difficult when we are grieving a loss or struggling with difficult circumstances. Sometimes we need a sacred space to retreat from the world and simply draw near to God. We want to give you the opportunity to do just that. On Monday, December 21st The church will be open from 10:00am-6:00pm for those who would like to light a candle and pray in the Sanctuary. A Service of remembrance, consolation, & assurance will take place ONLINE at 7:00pm. We hope that this will help to bring comfort to many who are in need of God’s comfort and peace.
